The parish church of Lebach was built in 1881 in neo-Gothic style. The organ from the old church, built in 1826 by Johann Freidrich Verschneider, was not transferred, but a new organ was built by Heinrich Voltmann. In 1895 the tower partially collapsed, and the spire fell on the church, destroying the organ. After the restoration of the building, a completely new organ with 24 registers was built by Stahlhuth & Sohn. A wind motor was installed in 1924.
In 1987 Hugo Mayer built a new three-manual organ. The neo-Gothic organ case has been taken over from the old organ. The new organ has three manuals and pedal and 36 stops. In 2005 the organ was renovated. The Octavin 2' (Hauptwerk) and the Nachthorn 2' (Schwellwerk) have switched places. The Salcional is tuned as Schwebung. A Quintbass 10 2/3' has been added to the pedal. The pipes have also been revoiced on this occasion.
