In 1967 the company Gebr. Späth a new organ for the Sankt Maria Susokirche in Ulm. The organ served for more than forty years. In 2007 it was decided to establish a fund with the intention of having a new organ built for the church. This project was ultimately completed in 2023 with the commissioning of a completely new instrument.
