The organ case of the organ in Eskelhem Kyrka dates from 1869, and was manufactured by Olof Nilas Lindqvist. In 1925 a new interior was placed in it by Åkerman & Lund. This organ had pneumatic cone chests. In 1982, Finn Krohn's Orgelbyggeri rebuilt the instrument with new mechanical slider chests.
