- The Sankt Helenakirche in Trier-Euren is a church in gothic revival style, which was built in the years 1874-1883. The consecration took place on April 8, 1883. In 1944 the building was badly damaged by was violence, but after the war the church was restored to its former glory. In 1965 the company Gebr. Späth constructed a new organ for the church. It is a three-manual organ, opus 819 by the firm. The organ was dedicated on 20 November 1966.
- Fundraising for a major renovation of the organ was started in 2012. It was renovated and revoiced in 2013-2014 by the Freiburger Orgelbau (Hartwig & Tilmann Späth). The stop list has not been modified. On March 23, 2014, the organ was taken back into use with a concert by the Dom organist Josef Still, who also acted as consultant during the works.
