- In 1770 Johann Hencke built a new organ for the Franziskanerkirche in Sankt Pölten. The organ has two cases separated from each other with a positive organ on the balustrade in the middle. In 1904, a new romantic organ was built by Franz Capek in the old cases. This organ had 20 stops, and was expanded to 23 stops in 1939. This work was restored in 1986 by the company Hartig. In 2011, a completely new organ was built in the cases by the company Pflüger. This instrument was dedicated on December 7, 2011.
- The old Molzer organ has been sold and was used as the basis for a new organ in the Prandtauerkirche, which was completed in 2021 by Sauer Orgelbau.
