- In 1964, a new Evangelical Church was built in Reichenau, designed by Charlotte and Karl Pfeiler. A new organ was installed by Johann Pirchner in 1996.
- The church building was renovated in 2023-2024. The church was supposed to be put back into use on February 18, 2024, but this had to be postponed. During the renovation, the congregation was able to hold church services in the nearby Roman Catholic Pauluskirche. It looks like the work will be finished at the end of May 2024.
