- The Sandtner company built a new organ with 23 stops for the Sankt Johann-Baptist-Kirche in Gröbenzell in 1987, replacing an organ from 1925. The instrument was renovated in 2006, because of a renovation of the church interior. The pipe work has also been revoiced.
- There is also a small box organ (Truhenorgel) in the church with three stops.
