An organ was built in 1770 for the Église Saint-Firmin in Amiens, the maker of which is unknown. In 1799, this organ was transferred to the Chapelle Saint-Quentin, a chapel in the choir of the Cathédrale in Amiens. In 1852, Pierre-Marie Hamel transferred it to its current location, the Église Notre-Dame de Marissel in Beauvais. The organ was restored in 2007 by Bertrand Cattiaux.
