In 1994 Sandtner Orgelbau built a new two-manual organ with 31 stops for the Sankt Josefkirche, Schwermannstraße 18 in Essen-Kupferdreh. When this church was closed in 2014, the organ was sold to the Sankt Konradkirche in Amberg, where is could be installed during the summer. The church in Essen was demolished. With the transfer to Amberg a new Setzer installation with 990 combinations has been installed.
