In 1887 Alfred Lorot built an organ for the Église Saint Etienne in Briare. Using pipes from this instrument Victor Gonzalez built a new organ in 1950. This organ has mechanical key action and electric stop action. In 1978 Erwin Müller renovated the organ. In 1987 it was enlarged with three new stops by Bernard Dargassies. Bernard Dargassies carried out some maintenance works in 2011.
