In 1867 Charles Beaurain built an organ for the Église Saint-Pierre in Maintenon. It was in a very bad state, when a new organ was built in 1972-1973 by Robert Boisseau in the choir of the church. He took the Soubasse from the main organ for this instrument. Since 1975 the organ has not been played anymore, and it is in an unplayable state ever since.
