- Knud Olsen built an organ with four stops for Grejs Kirke in 1882. It was extended in 1916 by Horsens Orgelbyggeri. In 1934 a new pneumatic organ was built behind the facade of Olsen by Frobenius. Some registers were also taken over.
- The organ was demolished in 2000 and replaced by a new organ, also by Frobenius.
