In 1968 Frobenius built an organ for Ganløse Kirke. It is a small instrument with five registers and without a pedal. It has builder's opus number 569. In 1980 it was replaced by a larger organ. The Frobenius organ was then transferred to the choir of Vestenskov Kirke on Lolland.
