In 1974 the company Frobenius built a new organ for Ringkøbing Kirke, which was placed in the southern transept. The facade was designed by Rolf Graae. The organ originally had 22 stops. The organ case is made of oak. During an overhaul in the years 1995/1996, the organ case was painted in colours. The pedal was then extended with the prepared Fløjte 4'. In 2006 Frobenius worked on the instrument again. The registers Octave 4', Octave 2' and Mixtuur have been revoiced.
