- De firma Hook & Hastings bouwde in 1890 een groot orgel voor Saint Mary's Cathedral in San Francisco. Het instrument had drie manualen en pedaal met in totaal 46 stemmen. Het is niet bekend wanneer het is omgebouwd of afgebroken. In elk geval is in 1971 een geheel nieuw orgel in de kathedraal in gebruik genomen.
- De dispositie is overgenomen uit het Zeitschrift für Instrumentenbau, en is derhalve in het Duits opgesteld.
