Djurgårdskyrkan is located on the island of Djurgården, which is located opposite Stockholm's old town. The church could be built in the years 1828-1830 thanks to a donation from Johan Burgmann. A harmonium was in use until 1939. In that year Hans Schuster built a unit organ. This was replaced in 1958 by the current instrument, built by the company Åkerman & Lund. The organ has nine stops, two manuals and an independent pedal.
