1988 Orgelbau Kuhn AG  restoration

In the chapel Maria Acletta in Disentis there is a beautiful organ, built in 1826 by Anton Sacchi. What is remarkable about the organ is the short octave, which was not much used anymore around this construction time. The pedal is attached to the manual, but also has an independent Subbass 16', which rehearses at the small octave. The organ was restored in 1988 by the Kuhn company. On August 15, 1988, the Feast of the Assumption of Mary, it was put back into use.
