The organ in the church of Warhem was built in 1866 by Louis Neuville. The case is taken from the previous organ of the church, built in the eighteenth century. The maker of this work is unknown. The company Loncke restored the organ in 1925, because it had been damaged during the First World War. In 1963 the company Vansteene & Loncke carried out a restoration. The stoplist was modified by them.
