Het orgel in de kerk van Baincthun is rond 1740 gebouwd voor de Église Saint-Michel in Le Havre. Het werd in 1863 door Joseph Merklin in Baincthun geplaatst. In 1905 voerde de firma Merklin een ombouw uit, waarbij de dispositie is aangepast aan de smaak van de tijd. Het orgel werd in de jaren 1979-1984 gerestaureerd door René Godefroy in samenwerking met abbé Flipo.
