- The organ in the church of Saint-Leu in Amiens was built in the years 1750/1751 by Charles Dallery. The design was classically French, with a Grand Orgue and a Positif de Dos. The instrument was inaugurated on 17 May 1751. The beautiful cases of this organ are still present. In the years 1835-1839 the brothers Basiliens worked on the organ. The organ has also been expanded. It now had three manuals and 32 stops.
- In 1874/1875 the organ was rebuilt again by the Deldine company. It was modernized in accordance with the idea of the time: the Positif de Dos was emptied and the work was placed behind the Récit. Many mixed stops have been replaced by romantic stops. Alexandre Guilmant played the inaugural concert on December 19, 1875. Deldine's mechanics showed many malfunctions, so they were renewed around 1900 by the Van Bever brothers. In 1938 the organ was restored by the Jules Bossier company.
