- In 1678 Jean Adam built an organ for the Église Saint-Michel in Saint-Mihiel. The organ case of this organ has been preserved. In 1764, F.A. Huberty installed a new organ in Adam's organ case. This instrument has been preserved in a modified form. In 1792 an overhaul a rebuilt and expansion was carried out by Jean-François Vautrin. The Jacquot-Jeanpierre company expanded the organ in 1848. In 1931 it was restored by the company Jacquot-Lavergne.
- A restoration of the organ is being carried out in 2023. The painting has been removed from the organ case.
