- De kerk van Saint Andrew-by-the-Wardrobe in Londen bezat voor de Tweede Wereldoorlog een orgel op een galerij aan de westzijde, dat werd gebouwd in 1805 door William Gray. Het orgel had drie manualen met 20 registers. Het werd in 1876 door William Hill uitgebreid tot 26 stemmen. In 1907 werkte de firma Brindley & Foster aan het orgel. Zij breidden het pedaal uit met een Bass Flute 8' en vervingen de Mixture 3 ranks van Great door een Baryton 16'. Tenslotte werd de Dulciana 8' van het Choir Organ uitgebreid met het groot octaaf.
- In 1940 raakte de kerk zwaar beschadigd door bombardementen. Daarbij is het orgel verloren gegaan. Na herstel van het kerkgebouw kon het in 1961 weer in gebruik worden genomen.
- De vermelde dispisitie is genoteerd in 1908.
