Jean-Frédéric Verschneider built an organ in 1841 for the Église Saint-Jean-Baptiste in Salins-les-Bains. The instrument was restored in 1966 by Philippe Hartmann. In 2014-2015 Marc Fragneau transferred the organ to the Église Saint-Martin in Grisolles. The organ case was renovated and repainted by Michel Melet. There are plans to expand the organ in 2025 with an independent pedal and three new stops on the manuals.
