- In 1728 bouwde Martin Carouge een fraai orgel voor de Notre-Dame van Arbois. In 1795 is het orgel overgeplaatst naar de kerk van Saint-Just. In de loop van de tijd was het orgel gewijzigd (o.a. door Daublaine-Callinet in 1854, Merklin & Schütze in 1863 en Roethinger in 1929). In 1970 voerde Philippe Hartmann een restauratie uit, waarbij de dispositie ongemoeid bleef. Sinds de laatste restauratie door Bernard Aubertin in de jaren 1982-1985 verkeert het orgel weer in de oorspronkelijke staat. Op 15 juni 1985 werd het orgel weer in gebruik genomen met een concert door Michael Chapuis.
- Het orgel werd in 2016-2017 gerestaureerd door Michel Formentelli. Op 9 juli 2017 is het weer in gebruik genomen met een concert door Christian Bacheley met medewerking van Estelle Béréau, sopraan.
