The organ contains older material: Organ case and some ranks from 1846 by Warren Church Organ Company
In 1996 Casavant built a new organ for the Église de la Sainte-Familie in Bourcherville. The organ case was taken over from the previous organ, as well as the Bourdon 8' and Flûte 4' from the Récit and some wooden pipes. This organ was built by Samuel Warren in 1846. The organ case was made by Louis Thomas and Louis Flavien Berlinguet. In September 1996, the organ was inaugurated with a recital by Pierre Grandmaison, organist of the Basilique Notre-Dame in Montréal.
