- In the years 1861-1863 a new parish church was built in Beckingen, dedicated to Saints John and Paul. The building was designed by Carl Friedrich Müller. Johan Schlaad built an organ for this church, with a neo-Gothic organ case. The organ had seventeen registers, mechanical action and slider chests.
- The Klais company installed a new organ in 1912-1913. The case and five stops of the old organ were taken over. The new organ had 23 stops. It was built with pneumatic cone chests.
- In 1930 the organ was renovated by the company Späth. They replaced the Fugara 8' of the Hauptwerk with a Mixtur 4 fach (2 2/3') and the Violoncello of the pedal with a Posaune 16'. The Haerpfer-Erman company overhauled the instrument in 1959. The voicing of the pipework was completely revised. They replaced the 1930 Mixtur with a new one with higher choirs. The Geigenprincipal and Aeoline of the Schwellwerk were replaced by a Hornprincipal 8' and a Cymbel 3 fach.
- Klais Orgelbau restored the organ in 1997-1998. The original disposition was reconstructed by them. Only the Posaune from 1930 remained on the pedal.
