Het orgel in de Église Saint-Joseph des Brotteaux in Lyon is in 1888 gebouwd door de firma Guetton-Dangon. Het orgel is in 1926 en in 1936 gereviseerd door de firma Michel-Merklin & Kühn. Athanase Dunand restaureerde het orgel in 1986. In 2002 is het opnieuw gerestaureerd door Georges Valentin. Daarna is het orgel weer in gebruik genomen op 20 oktober 2002 met een bespeling door François-Henri Houbart.
