- In 1884 the Jehmlich company built a new organ for the church of Olbersdorf in Saxony. This church was dedicated on October 15, 1883, and was built in neo-Gothic style. The instrument had 25 stops, divided over two manuals and a pedal. The organ was put into use on Sunday, September 28, 1884 (or possibly September 21).
- The disposition was changed in 1962 during a renovation by VEB Orgelbau Bautzen (Eule). The old church was closed in 1983 and demolished a year later, due to lignite mining, which required the village to be moved.
- The original disposition from 1884 is mentioned.
