Het orgel in de kerk van Saint Michael in Mill Hill is rond 1919 geplaatst door de firma Bishop & Son. Bij de bouw werd waarschijnlijk materiaal gebruikt uit een bestaand orgel. Het instrument is in 1956 door de firma Mander herbouwd. In 1977 voerde Peter Wells een restauratie uit.
