- In 1832 Jean Baud built an organ for the Sainte-Croix in Carouge. The instrument originally had one manual and pedal. Around 1870, Joseph Merklin started with a major expansion, which was not completed. Gustave and Adolphe Tschanun then rebuilt the organ in the years 1924-1926. It now had three manuals and pedal, pneumatic action and cone chests. In 1974 the organ was restored by the company Orgelbau Genf. The action was electrified and the disposition was adapted to a more baroque character.
- In 2009, the Kuhn company started building a completely new organ in the 1832 case, using a lot of pipework from Baud, Merklin and Tschanun. The new organ was dedicated on November 28, 2010, after which Cathérine Gremaud-Babel played the inaugurational concert.
