The Église Saint-Eloi in Hazebrouck was built in the 15th century. During both world wars, the church survived without much damage. Only the spire was damaged in 1940. It was only rebuilt in 1994. In 1847 the company Daublaine-Callinet built a new organ for the church. At the end of the 19th centurythe instrument was rebuilt by Merklin & Schütze. The current organ is built in 1965-1966 by Beuchet-Debièrre, using parts of the pipework and the organ case of the previous instrument.
