In 1907 Franz Borgias März built a small organ with six stops for the parish church of Sankt Leonhard in Greimharting. The instrument was bought in 1999 by the Sankt Rupert parish in Munich. After a restoration, it was set up as a choir organ in the Stadtpfarrkirche in early 2001. The organ is placed on a mobile platform. It was restored by the organists Andreas Götz and Thomas Friese and voiced by Stefan Niebler. The instrument was officially put into use on September 23, 2001.
