Built by: Willi Peter (1956) - opus 93
In 2008, the company Hubert Fasen was commissioned to renovate the 1956 Peter organ of the Johanneskirche in Leverkusen-Manfort. During this renovation, the organ was largely rebuilt. The second console on the church floor and the choir organ have been removed, the organ case has been split into two parts to bring the window behind the organ back into view and the disposition has also been adjusted. The organ could be put back into use in the spring of 2010. Excess pipework by Peter, from the choir organ, was used by Fasen in the construction of a new organ in the Sankt Sebastianskirche in Boppard-Buccholz.
