De Holy Trinity Church aan Gough Square in Londen werd in gebruik genomen in 1838. Het gebouw was een ontwerp van John Shaw. In 1839 plaatste T.C. Bates een nieuw orgel. Het instrument werd gereviseerd en uitgebreid in 1876 door Richard Brown en in 1882 door Henry Jones. De kerk werd echter in 1893 gesloten en in 1913 afgebroken. Het orgel is in 1893 overgeplaatst naar de kerk van Saint Lawrence in Brondesbury. Of het nog bestaat is niet duidelijk. De hier vermelde dispositie werd genoteerd in 1938.
