In de kerk van Saint Mary and Saint John in Oxford werd rond 1870 een orgel geplaatst, mogelijk gebouwd door William Hill. In 1911 bouwde Percy Phipps het om, waarbij het ook werd uitgebreid. In 1939 is het orgel verkocht aan de parochiekerk van King's Sutton. Voor de eigen kerk nam men het orgel over van de Church of Saint Michael at Northgate, een orgel gebouwd in 1914 door Norman & Beard. Het orgel werd opgesteld aan de westzijde van de kerk, in de toren. In 1979 voerde Wood Brown een restauratie uit.
