Het orgel in de kerk van Witchford heeft een wat duister verleden. Het dateert van rond 1830 en werd mogelijk gebouwd door Buckwell. Het is later uitgebreid met een Swell Organ, waarschijnlijk door Bevington. A.T. Miller voerde eind negentiende eeuw een verbouwing uit. Het orgel is niet gebouwd voor Witchford. Het zou afkomstig zijn uit de Church of Saint Clement in Cambridge, en in 1896 zijn overgeplaatst, en dat zou dan door Miller zijn gedaan. E.J. Johnson voerde in 1974 een restauratie uit.
