Het orgel in de kerk van Boxworth is afkomstig uit Stirtloe Hall in Buckden. Het werd hier al kamerorgel geplaatst in 1857 door George Holdich. Het orgel is in 1953 geschonken aan de kerk en werd na een restauratie door E.J. Johnson overgeplaatst. Het orgel staat geheel in een zwelkast.
