In 1986 plaatste George Sixsmith een orgel in de kerk van Saint James in Cardington, Shropshire. Het is een unit-orgel met zes grondstemmen, waarvan er drie in een zwelkast staan. Het pijpwerk is grotendeels afkomstig van oudere orgels. Het orgel werd in gebruik genomen op 29 april 1986 met een concert door Boy Massey.
