- In 1732 Hans Hantelmann built an organ for the church of Kalkhorst. The instrument was a gift from Hermann Hinrich von Dorne to the church community. It had eighteen or nineteen stops on two manuals (Hauptwerk and Rückpositiv) and pedal. The disposition was noted in 1852.
- In 1869 the interior was replaced by a completely new organ by Friedrich Wilhelm Winzer. This is a smaller organ with fifteen stops on two manuals and pedal. The Rückpositiv is no longer in use. The organ was expanded in later times. Andreas Arnold carried out a restoration in 2008.
