Het orgel in de kerk van Motovun is een werkstuk van de beroemde orgelmaker Gaetano Callido, dat aan het eind van de achttiende eeuw werd gebouwd. Het verkeert in redelijke staat, maar een restauratie is dringend nodig om het orgel voor verder verval te behoeden. De dispositie is vrijwel oorspronkelijk. In de loop van de tijd is een Flutta Reale toegevoegd, en ook werd de Cornetta vervangen door een Ottavino 2'.
