Het koororgel in de Saint-Jacques te Pau is gebouwd door vrijwilligers, gebruik makend van veel materiaal afkomstig van het gesloopte orgel van de kerk van Saint-Pierre-du-Mont, aangevuld met ander ouder materiaal. De orgelkas werd vervaardigd door de firma Pesce.
