In 1903 Jos Stevens built a new organ for the Minderbroederskerk in Hasselt. It was placed in a historic organ case from the Beguinage Chapel in Tongeren. The organ was placed here in 1826 by Arnold Graindorge, but the instrument dated from the eighteenth century. In 1952 the organ was renovated by Hubert Van de Loo.
