Het orgel in de Notre-Dame van Mimizan is een voormalig huisorgel, gebouwd in 1888 door Louis Debièrre. Het instrument werd later (1908?) gekocht door Alexandre Cellier, die het in zijn huis in Parijs plaatste. Na de dood van Cellier in 1968 is het orgel verkocht aan het seminarie in Mont-de-Marsan, waar het in 1969 in de kapel werd geplaatst. Het seminarie is opgeheven. Robert Chauvin restaureerde het orgel en plaatste het in 2004 in Mimizan.
