Het orgel in de parochiekerk van Bouliac is in 1896 gebouwd door Gaston Maille. Het orgel is in 1976 gerestaureerd door de firma Organeria Española. Deze restauratie werd echter niet goed uitgevoerd, zodat het orgel sindsdien snel achteruit ging. In 1996 voerde Marc Hédelin enkele reparaties uit. Een grondige revisie is echter dringend nodig.
