- The organ in the basilica of the Sanctuaire de Sainte Anne d'Auray was built in 1874 by Aristide Cavaillé-Coll. It was constructed for the new church, that had been erected in the years 1865-1874. The organ from the previous church, built by Florentin Grimond, was donated to the parish of Carnac. The new organ had 25 stops and two manuals.
- A first renovation was carried out in 1897 by Louis Debièrre. A third manual was added to the organ by Joseph Beuchet in 1946-1947. The organ now had 41 stops. A restoration was carried out from 2007 until 2010 by Nicolas Toussaint. He replaced eight stops from 1947 by new ones, in style of the work of Cavaillé-Coll, and revoiced the other ranks. On May 13, 2010, the organ was dedicated, and the official inaugurational concert was played the day after by Louis Robillard and Michel Bouvard.
