In 1632, Dominique Eustache built a new organ for Embrun Cathedral. After a major renovation by Samson Scherrer, the Positif de Dos was transferred to the Sint Annakapel as a separate organ in 1750. In the years 1999-2002, Pascal Quoirin carried out a restoration in collaboration with Alain Sals.
