Het orgel in de kathedraal van Saint-Flour is in 1843 gebouwd door John Abbey. De orgelkas is in neogotische stijl ontworpen. Het houtsnijwerk werd uitgevoerd voor Gabriel Ventadour. In 1863 is het orgel door de firma Merklin-Schütze gereviseerd. Bernard Hurvy restaureerde het instrument in 2002.
