The organ in the Église Sainte-Croix in Corte was built around 1740. The maker is unknown. In 1796 the organ was overhauled by Giovanni Filippo Sisco. In 1854 a new organ gallery was created with eight beautiful tableaus. A restoration was carried out in 1984 by Jean-François Muno.
