The organ contains older material: Organ case from 1625 by Esprit Meyssonnier
In 1624-1625 Esprit Meyssonnier built a new organ for the Église Saint-Sauveur in Manosque. The organ case of this old organ has been preserved. In 1815 the organ maker Piantanida built a new organ in the case, in Italian style. A small part of Meyssonnier's pipework was taken over. In 1845 the reeds were renewed by the company Daublaine-Callinet. In 1961 the organ was overhauled by the company J.A. Negrel. Alain Sals carried out a restoration in 1977. In 2006 the organ has been renovated by Alain Sals.
