  • In the years 1752-1754, Jean-François l'Epine built a new organ for the cathedral of Saint Fulcran in Lodève. The construction was supervised by Dom Bedos, who also inspected the organ in October 1755. Prosper-Antoine Moitessier carried out a restoration in 1840.
  • Very radical was the renovation by Théodore Puget in 1881-1882. In fact, he rebuilt the organ in the old case. The result was a modern organ with a romantic disposition for that time. The former Positif de Dos was left empty. The organ was inaugurated with concerts by the organists Bornes and Bérard from Montpellier.
  • The organ was restored in 1974-1975 by the Danion-Gonzalez firm. They replaced the Gambe 8' and Unda Maris 8' on the Positif with a Sesquialtera and a Cymbale. On the pedal, the Violoncelle 8' was replaced by a Flûte 4'. The organ was recommissioned with a concert by Mr. Roucairol on April 26, 1975.
  • In 2000, the Manufacture Languedocienne des Grandes Orgues completed a new restoration. The specification of Puget has been reconstructed.
